Concrete crack repairs

Experts at all levels of crack remediation, Trubond employs the most advanced techniques to fail-safe your structure for years to come

Concrete is strong, but it isn’t flexible. Over time, changes in temperature, moisture, structural/ground movement, and even poor installation can cause stress that the concrete can’t absorb.

This stress leads to cracks. Left untreated, small cracks can expand and develop into serious issues like spalling, leaks, and even structural instability.

The earlier cracks are assessed and treated, the less costly repairs will be. Reach out today for a free assessment and quote!

    • Determine if it is cosmetic or structural.

  2. Surface Preparation

    • Clean the crack and surrounding surface to remove dust, dirt, loose concrete, or coatings.

    • For larger cracks, chase (widen and deepen) the crack slightly with a grinder to create a clean repair channel.

  3. Crack Filling / Injection

    • For structural cracks: Inject with epoxy resin to restore strength and bond the concrete back together.

    • For non-structural or leaking cracks: Use polyurethane (PU) injection or epoxy paste to fill the crack

  4. Surface Repair

    • Grind the excess repair product off smooth with the concrete and apply sealer if required
